What is InsyncX?
InsyncX is a digital profile platform that lets you create a dynamic, video-enhanced Skills Portfolio. It showcases your work history, skills, and future employment preferences in one shareable link, making it easier for recruiters and employers to discover you.
How is this different from LinkedIn or a traditional resume?
Unlike static resumes or LinkedIn profiles, InsyncX allows you to add a personal video introduction, highlight key career preferences (like remote work or desired roles), upload verified certifications and accreditations and keep all your professional details up to date in a sleek, easily shareable format.
Who should use InsyncX?
Job seekers, freelancers, students, backpackers and professionals who want to stand out with a modern, multimedia Skills Portfolio that goes beyond text and paper.
How do I create my digital profile?
Download the App, sign up, fill in your work history, upload a short video introduction, and customise your preferences (job type, location, etc.). Your profile will generate a unique link, a PDF version and a QR code to share.
What should I include in my video introduction?
Depends on the industry you are looking to join. Keep it professional but engaging (20-60 seconds). Highlight your skills, personality, and career goals — think of it as an elevator pitch.
Can I import data from LinkedIn or my resume?
This functionality will be added for future releases.
Currently, this is a one-time creation of your digital skills portfolio. A single place where your work history, skills, and work-related documents all live in REAL TIME and live.
Is InsyncX free?
Currently, the InsyncX App is FREE.
We may offer a Premium plan (with advanced customisation, analytics, etc.) for a monthly fee in the future.
Can I customise my profile’s design?
We are adding the functionality to our future release list.
Who can see my profile?
Your profile is private by default. You control who sees it by sharing your unique link or QR code.
How do I update or delete my profile?
You can edit anytime on your dashboard. To delete, go to account settings and select "Delete Profile."
How can employers find candidates on InsyncX?

They can browse profiles in our talent directory or search by skills, roles, or preferences.
Is there a way to contact candidates directly?

Employers can message or request interviews through the app (if you enable this feature).
Do you verify work history or skills?
We encourage users to provide accurate information and verified documentation, but employers should also conduct their own checks.
Do you verify certifications and identification?

How do I reset my password?
Return to https://insyncx.com/ and click on “Log In”. Go to "Forgot Password" on the login page, and we’ll email you a link.
My video won’t save—what should I do?
Click “Log out” at the top of the screen. Don’t worry, your profile has been saved. Log back in and try loading again.
How do I get back to my profile?

Can I save the app to my iPhone?

Click on the action icon in the URL bar
Click “Add to Home Screen
Click “Add”
This will add the app to your phone for easy access

Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the bottom-right corner.
Select "Add to Home screen."
Edit the shortcut name (optional), then tap "Add."
